Ii. Description of equipment characteristics
◆Application scope - products are widely used in solar energy, military equipment, aerospace, nuclear industry, automobile manufacturing and electronics enterprises. It is convenient to cooperate with the automation production line of the factory, and it has the function of multiple sets of extension.
◆Servomotor - the system USES the most accurate and advanced robotic control technology - closed-loop servomotor, a perfectly repetitive intelligent motor. Ball screw and linear guide guide, accurate positioning, low noise, smooth movement.

Feed plate → spray flux & Solder → preheat → welding → plate
The system is divided into a two-head spray & Solder area, a single preheating area and an independent double-head solder area, three areas work at the same time, respectively complete flux spraying & Solder, preheat, solder function.
