●Excellent temperature control capability in the use site - nitrogen temperature control performance is good, because it USES the PID temperature control principle (0-400 degrees), nitrogen is used for welding wave crest inerting and protection. This unique nitrogen direct heat system heats the crest of the wave. Allows the operator to choose whether to increase or decrease the temperature.

●Accuracy test of tin spraying height:
A titanium alloy test plate is installed on the side of the orbit, connected with a positive voltage, and its coordinates relative to the origin are set in the system setting in advance. After the spray interval passes some products (adjustable), it will automatically move to the position of the test probe. Meanwhile, the system will gradually increase the speed of the motor applied to the wave peak, so that the spout tin wave will contact the test probe and the positive voltage will be connected. According to the measured results, the system automatically modifiers and controls the offset to achieve the purpose of highly stable tin wave.
